Terms of Use

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

By using the Service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and that all information you provide to us is accurate and complete.

Certain features of the Service require you to create an account. You may sign up or sign in with Apple, Google, or an email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

When you sign up with email and password, you must verify your email address using a one-time code we send to your inbox before your account is fully activated.

If you use email and password, you can change your password at any time in the app under Settings or Profile → Change password. If you forget your password, use the Forgot password flow on the sign-in screen to reset it by email.

You agree to notify us immediately at support@visionart.io if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access that results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

The Service uses a credit system. Each video generation consumes credits based on the model, duration, and quality selected — for example, an 8-second 1080p Veo 3.1 video costs approximately 420 credits. New accounts do not include a free credit balance; credits are obtained through a subscription or in-app purchase.

VisionArt offers auto-renewable subscriptions (Lite, Standard, and Pro) on monthly, quarterly, and yearly billing cycles. Each plan provides a credit allocation for the billing period. Current prices and credit amounts are displayed in the app at the time of purchase and may vary by region. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's app store subscription settings.

Additional credits are available through in-app purchases processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. All purchases are subject to the applicable store's payment terms and policies. We do not process or store payment card information directly.

Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. Unused subscription credits carry over to the next billing period but expire upon account closure. We reserve the right to modify credit pricing with reasonable advance notice.

Your content. You retain all rights in the photos and images you upload ("Input Content") and in the videos generated from them ("Output Content"), subject to these Terms and applicable law.

License to us. By uploading Input Content, you grant VisionArt a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process that content solely to provide the Service's generation services. We do not use your content to train AI models.

Your representations. You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to any Input Content you upload, and that your use of the Service does not infringe any third-party rights.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or obscene
• Upload images of real individuals without their consent, including generating deepfakes
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent Service security measures
• Use automated tools or bots to access the Service in an unauthorized manner
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense Service features or generated content in violation of these Terms
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation

Video and image generation is powered by third-party AI providers, including Google Veo 3.1 and Kling. By using the generation features, you acknowledge that your Input Content will be transmitted to these providers for processing and that their terms of service and acceptable use policies apply.

We do not control third-party AI systems and make no representations about their output quality, accuracy, or suitability for any particular purpose.

The Service, including its design, code, trademarks, and content (excluding user-generated content), is the exclusive property of VisionArt and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, trade names, or logos without our prior written consent.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VISIONART AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AND EMPLOYEES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR DIRECT DAMAGES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to other users or to us.

You may delete your account at any time in the app under Settings → Delete account. Deletion is permanent and removes your profile, all user-provided and generated content, and your generation history from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Active subscriptions are not canceled automatically when you delete your account — cancel them in your app store subscription settings.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes are effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
