Privacy Policy

We may collect the following categories of information:

Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address and, optionally, a display name. You may sign up or sign in with Apple, Google, or email and password. For email accounts, passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing; we never store plaintext passwords. When you sign up with email, we send a one-time verification code to confirm your address.

User-generated content. Any content you provide, upload, or generate through the Service — including photos, images, prompts, and videos — is transmitted to our servers and to third-party AI providers (such as Google and Kling) for processing. We retain this content indefinitely for as long as your account remains active so you can access your creation history, download, and share your videos.

Usage data. We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including features used, credits consumed, generation history, and device identifiers.

Purchase data. In-app purchase transactions are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your device. We receive a receipt confirming your subscription status but do not store your payment card details.

We use collected information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service and its features
• Process video and image generation requests using third-party AI providers
• Manage your account, credits, and subscription status
• Send account verification codes and transactional communications (receipts, generation confirmations)
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
• Comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

Third-party AI providers — your uploaded images and prompts are transmitted to AI services (such as Google Veo and Kling) to generate content. Each provider's use of this data is governed by their privacy policy and terms of service.

Sign-in providers — if you use Apple or Google sign-in, those providers process authentication data under their own privacy policies.

Hosting and infrastructure providers — cloud services that host and store Service data on our behalf, bound by confidentiality obligations.

Legal authorities — when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

Any data you provide, upload, or generate through the Service — including account information, photos, images, prompts, generation history, and videos — is retained for as long as your account is active. We do not automatically delete user-generated content while your account remains open.

When you delete your account, we delete your personal data and all associated user-generated content from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS). No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us at the address below.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. You may also have the right to object to or restrict certain processing.

You can change your password at any time in the app under Settings or Profile → Change password if you signed up with email and password. If you forget your password, use Forgot password on the sign-in screen to receive a reset link by email.

You can delete your account at any time in the app under Settings → Delete account. Account deletion permanently removes your personal data and all user-generated content from our systems, subject to the retention periods described in Section 4.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties and encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
